Challenge:

launch of a new brand nationwide within 3 days.

At the time of launch, there was only one employee working in client-side marketing - the department manager.

The market is growing rapidly, but there were already 3 strong active players present.

Insight/Strategy:

A full-fledged team is needed for a full-fledged launch. We were able to quickly add specialists to our team and restructure the structure and processes, which allowed us to become an extension of the client's marketing team.

To quickly attract the attention of potential customers, the launch went through a teasing stage. For 3 weeks, we intrigued the target audience and received more attention than we expected. We know that Tajiks are very curious, but their interest in teasing exceeded all our expectations.

Activation:

The biggest challenge at the launch stage was obtaining permits and approvals from the state. Due to the geography of the rollout, we launched in 3 main regions of the country at once, which complicated the logistics.

But we overcame all barriers and successfully launched the brand.
